My name is Nicola Robinson.
I am a Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation Instructor
and a Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme Teacher
I offer Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation classes
Mindfulness sessions on a one to one basis.
8 week Mindfulness courses for
staff in the workplace.
8 week Mindfulness for wellbeing course for small groups of up to 10 people in Holland on Sea. Essex.
Next course begins 17th September
Parents & kids Mindfulness, Meditation &
Relaxation sessions in school holidays in local venues in Clacton on Sea and Walton on the Naze.
I teach the Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme in primary and junior schools.
I teach Relaxation and Mindfulness
to Teenagers in schools and in local venues.
I am also a practising Reflexologist
and owner of the

Mindfulness is Awareness
Awareness of the present moment
What can you hear right now? You can’t hear the past, you can’t hear the future. You can only hear the sounds of the present moment. The here and now.
This moment that you are in right now
One of the skills of Mindfulness practise is to
learn to slow down. To find time to stop, rest, enjoy and engage with life in a way that is always present.
Mindfulness invites a way of experiencing life with less focus on the past or the future.
Imagine having less mental chatter, stressful thoughts and worry.
Each time we invite our attention to the sights, sounds, sensations, feelings, tastes and textures of the present moment, our mind with it's constant wanderings, ruminations is interrupted and becomes less busy.
If you are a worrier or an anxious person you have probably become very good at worrying and being anxious.
With Mindfulness training you will develop an understanding of how your mind works.
You will become aware that you can be more
in control of your mind, instead of your mind controlling you.

In the meantime try this Mindful breathing meditation:
Sit comfortably in a chair, bring your attention
to each full breath. Stay a while. It feels relaxing.
When you pay attention and focus on your inhalation and exhalation, your body begins to relax and your mind becomes quieter.
Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme
taught in the classroom in schools
to children ages 7-11 yrs
The Kids Programme is an experiential learning programme offering an introduction to Mindfulness.
The 16 lessons build up sequentially introducing new facets of mindfulness with each lesson.
The first six lessons focus on on cultivating the foundation axioms of mindfulness: attention, intention and attitude.
As the course progresses children will learn to cultivate gratitude, handle difficult thoughts and emotions and finally develop kindness towards themselves and others.
Importantly the key foundations of mindfulness i.e paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and warmth are continually strengthened throughout all 16 lessons.
