Mindfulness is Awareness
Awareness of the present moment
Pause for a moment
and invite your awareness into the present moment.
What can you hear right now? You can’t hear the past, you can’t hear the future. You can only hear the sounds of the present moment. The here and now.
The moment that you are exeriencing is right now.
Try this Mindful Breathing Meditation.
Sit comfortably in a chair, bring your attention
to each full breath. Stay a while. It feels relaxing.
When you pay attention and focus on your inhalation and your exhalation, your body begins to relax and
your mind becomes quieter.
Mindfulness practice will encourage your mind to rest from the constant and ruminative thinking about the past and the future.
Your body will relax and feel less tight and tense.
Your mind will be quieter
You may have a feeling of inner peace
The benefit of Mindfulness is to
slow down,invite time to stop, rest, enjoy and engage with life in a way that is always present.
Living a life that is fulfilling with less mind chatter, stressful thoughts and worry.
With Mindfulness training you can learn to be
in control of your mind, instead of your mind controlling you.
You will, with practise and over time,
find yourself living a Mindful life.

to Teenagers in schools and in local venues. Learn stress managment techniques to reduce exam stress and improve focus.
I am a Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation Instructor
and a Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme Teacher.
I have a strong personal practice and regularly attend cpd courses and retreats
